HIIT HYPE

Join us for our HIIT Hype, a dynamic and high-energy group fitness class that combines the best of high-intensity interval training with endurance-building exercises. This class is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who are looking to boost their stamina, challenge their limits, and achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.


 

HIIT to Heavy

 

HIIT to Heavy is an hour  long class and uses a combo of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and strength training. The beginning of class starts of with a HIIT circuit where you will do 40 second interval stations to get your metabolism fired up and the calories burning. The second part of class focuses on traditional strength training stations where you will isolate, strengthen, and shape specific parts of your body.


 


 

Forged

 

Join us for a high-energy, total-body workout that combines the dynamic strength training benefits of kettlebells with the powerlifting prowess of barbells. This hour-long intense class is designed to boost your strength, enhance your endurance, and sculpt your physique through a series of challenging, functional movements.


 


 

Full Circle

Express Classes

 

Express classes are a 45 minute version of our 60 minute classes.  Be prepared to pack in a full workout in 45 minutes, leaving energized and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
